Description
The flaker CBC LP 400V is a rotative cutting machine of frozen blocks of meat or other products at temperatures down to -20ºC. To obtain size of the pieces and make them suitable for further processing in mincers or bowl cutters. The machine is equipped with 4 U Shape knives and is designed to work with blocks with maximum dimensions: 400x200x600 mm. The cut product is unloaded directly into a standard 200 litres trolley. This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with CE hygiene and safety standards.Features
